خلاصه مقاله:
This study was conducted in a company active in the field of food industry in Fars province in Iran. The method is considered to be quality-quantity type in which, after identifying the human resource productivity emhancers, the causal relationships between the enhancers were identified using the fuzzy Dimatel method and the weight of the factors for the final decision was obtained using fuzzy network analysis which was the basis of the dynamic system simulation. After the formation of the dynamic hypothesis, considering ۹ human resource productivity enhancers to improve the financial performance of the company under study and increase human resource productivity, the systems dynamics model was simulated for a period of ۷ years (۲۰۲۰-۲۰۲۷) in Vensim software. The results of the simulation, showed that focus on information and communication technology can improve the company's financial performance faster than other enhancers.
