چکیده مقاله:
competing in todays global environment requires a human resources training and development strategy that is aligned with business goals. Specifically , the value of training to the modern corporation is clear and undoubted since there is plenty of evidence shows a direct relationship between training and bottom -line performance . regarding the conflict of increased expectations and reduced resources , it is a critical decision whether to train in house or to outsource.some organizations will opt for revamping their in-house learning departments by themselves so that training reflects business strategies and productivity goals. but an increasing number of companies are exploring the alternative of outsourcing their training needs to specialists who can reconnect training to core business objectives at lower costs and with greater flexibility and efficiency. at least six major reasons are enumerated for organizations to outsource: financial savings, strategic focus, access to advanced technology , improved service levels, access to specialized expertise, and organizational politics. this paper is intended to discuss an additional long - term advantage which could be achieved through outsourcing the national companys training efforts to the universities: industry -university collaboration fro which bilateral benefits are expected.
