چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

Chickpea is planted more than 95 percent under rainfed condition in Iran. Low potential yield and susceptible to Ascochyta blight of local varieties, and tenninal drought stress is , the most important reasons for low chickpea productivity in Iran. Objective of this study was selection for suitable line or lines which able to have suitable productivity in terminal :; drought stress condition and also have resistant to Ascochyta blight, early maturity. " Therefore 167, 154, 201, genotypes tTom F4 generation of'Bivanij x ICCV96029, ICCV96029 x Hashem, ICCV96029 x Kaka crosses were selected respectively in Kermanshah. Also 376 and 367 genotypes which had suitable characters were selected from F4 and F3 in Kel111.anshah. 123 families and 167 genotypes from F5, 105 families from F6 and 81 pure line from F7 which had suitable characters were selected in Kermanshah. In Maragheh 30 genotypes from F5, in Gachsaran 11 and 6 fami1ies from F5 and F6, in Lorestan 56 families from F6, in Oromieh 2 17 and 17 families from F3 and FS, and in Golestan 168, 73, 78 and 69 families from F3, F4, F5, F6 which early maturity, high yielding, resistance to ascochyta blight were selected to evaluated in next generation in next seasOn.
