With the world increasingly moving towards web use and the foundation of e-commerce based on the web and the Internet, data mining helps e-commerce managers communicate better with their customers across the web. With the expansion of jobs and the intense competition in the economic markets, customer relationship management has become an important issue for store managers and businesses.Purpose of this article: Readers of this article will learn about the importance of customer relationship management in today's business world and ways to use data mining to improve customer relationship management. Findings: This article introduces readers to data mining for customer relationship management and at the end of this article, the beneficial results of improving customer relationship management are discussed.
