چکیده مقاله:

سابقه و هدف: درمان نگهدارنده با متادون( Methadone maintenance treatment; MMT( ، یک درمان دارویی رایج در اختلال وابستگی به مواد افیونی می باشد. این درمان، باوجود نتایج مثبت، مشکلات روانشناختی متعددی مانند مشکل در تنظیم هیجان و تحمل پریشانی دارد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی (DBT) بر استراتژیهای تنظیم هیجانی و تحمل پریشانی در بیماران تحت درمان با متادون است. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی کنترل شده با گروه مداخله و گروه کنترل میباشد. تعداد 50 مرد مراجعهکننده به کلینیک درمان با متادون به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه گماشته شدند. در این مطالعه از پرسشنامه تنطیم هیجانی، پرسشنامه تحمل پریشانی، پرسشنامه اعتباردرمانی و پرسشنامه اتحاد درمانی در سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری استفاده شد. . نتایج: نمرات گروه مداخله در تحمل پریشانی بعد از 4 ماه مداخله (0/01< P) و 2 ماه دوره پیگیری (0/01< P) نسبت به گروه کنترل به طور معناداری کاهش پیدا کرد. همچنین، نمرات گروه مداخله در تنظیم هیجان بعد از 4 ماه مداخله (0/01رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی میتواند در کاهش مشکلات روانشناختی بیماران وابسته به مواد افیونی مفید باشد.
