چکیده مقاله:

Objective: Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) are the serologic assays of choice for the qualitative (positive or negative) or quantitative determination of viral antibodies because they are rapid, relatively cost-effective, and may not require the production of infectious virus forantigen if recombinant antigens are used.Infectious bronchitis is an economically important disease, especially in chickens. It causes disorders in the respiratory tract, kidney and reproductive tract of affected birds. The annual losses imposed by the disease are significant in the Iranian poultryindustry. The control strategy of IB is based on vaccination and live and inactivated vaccineshave been utilized. Vaccines against different strains of the virus have been used. Vaccines should be against specific strains in each area. One of the applications of an appropriate ELISA kit which candetect the level of antibody response leads to choosing an effective vaccine. Material and Methods: In this study, the dynamics of flocks’ antibody titers referred to the laboratory were evaluated in ۲۰۱۷-۲۰۱۸. The survey was conducted from the first day to the fiftyforth week. Results & Conclusion: The maximum average titers were seen for ۴۲ weeks and the minimum average titers were found at the ۵-۷ weeks of the breeding period. The trend line is ascending but there are variable mean titers in different ages. Despite the protective titers and appropriatevaccination schedule, there were many reports of clinical and subclinical infections in some of flocks. The results of this study show that the type of vaccine available in the market needs to be revised
