چکیده مقاله:
An inductor-less low noise amplifier is presented in this study. We propose the design of inductor-less amplifier which its noise figure is lower than ۴ dB from ۱ to ۴ GHz and the gain is ۱۵dB. In addition, input and output impedance matching and inputoutput VSWR from ۱ to ۹ GHz are considered simultaneously. The proposed amplifier is designed using MMIC technology. ED۰۲AH technology is used to simulate the circuit elements.
