Dairy Products Supply Chain Modeling Regarding Reliability and Disruption

Dairy industry has special position among the global food industries. Dairy products in addition of being a rich source of organic protein, they are valuable due to their energy and have high biological-food values for human being. Milk and dairy products are good resources to supply body protein requirements. Calcium available in milk, prevents Rachidism, slowly body growth, kids tooth destruction, and Osteoprosis. In this article, a model of minimizing the tense and delivery dairy products cost, has been studied. In this research, transportation is so selected to increase flexibility of supplying chain net and also reliability and disruption have been attended. Research of this target is to minimize the customers delivery period time due to disrupt in fixed transportation base, and also they cost decrease for equipped available stores establishing, number of vehicles and direction to bases and distribution centers. A supply chain net consist of ۴ itemized levels: suppliers, stores, distribution centers, and customers. And two steps modeling is recommended to decrease the distribution center direction disruptions.
