چکیده مقاله:

Surgical resection, adjuvant chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and antiangiogenictherapy are common treatment approaches to the treatment ofcolorectal carcinoma. New therapeutic approaches are essential for thetreatment of CRC. Aptamers are single-stranded nucleic acid ligands thatbind to a wide range of high-affinity targets. Aptamers composed of DNA,RNA, or chemically modified nucleic acids offer a unique combination ofphysicochemical properties that suggest advantages over traditionalprotein-based scaffolds in specific therapeutic and diagnostic applications. As a treatment method, chemically modified DNA / RNA aptamers arewidely used due to their non-immunogenic composition and excellentsafety profile and, their small size and high solubility. Aptamers are widelyused to treat diseases. they are combined with covalent non-covalentdrugs to achieve targeted drug delivery. The unique properties of nucleic acid aptamers including, high affinity andspecificity, thermal stability, ease of chemical production, ease of chemicalmodification, target compatibility, simple storage, denaturation resistance, and low cost, make them Convert potential diagnostic tools for clinicaluse. Detection of target cancer cells using aptamer without any expensivetools and at room temperature and on a large scale is one of the goals ofcolorectal diagnosis. Although aptamers have not been approved for thetreatment of clinical cancer, they will make significant progress as aunique and new anticancer drug. In addition, aptamers provide a strongimpetus for the development of cancer treatment.
