First report of Gliomastix murorum for Iran mycoflora

During ۲۰۱۲–۱۳, the presence of ascomycetous species in soil was studied in Kermanshah province (W Iran). In each location, samples were collected from ۰–۳۰ cm depth and passed through ۲ mm, ۴۰ and ۶۰ mesh sieves. Using soil plating method, ۱۰ g of soil samples were placed in ۹۰ ml of ۰.۱% water-agar containing ۱۰۰ ppm NPX, mixed and serially diluted to ۱۰-۲ to ۱۰-۵ and ۱ ml of each solution flooded on potato dextrose agar (PDA) and malt extract agar (MEA) by an L-shaped rod.
