چکیده مقاله:

مقدمه: در سال های اخیر متخصصان تعلیم و تربیت و روان شناسی تربیتی به این باور رسیده اند که انتظارات و باورهای دانش آموزان پیرامون توانایی هایشان نقشی کلیدی در موفقیت تحصیلی آنان دارد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین خودکارآمدی تحصیلی بر اساس ویژگی های شخصیتی با واسطه گری استرس تحصیلی در دانش آموزان انجام شد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر یزد بود که از این تعداد ۴۷۴ دانش آموز (۱۸۶ پسر و ۲۸۸ دختر) به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت و پرسشنامه استرس تحصیلی پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار AMOS تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج اثر مستقیم توافق پذیری و گشودگی به تجربه بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و اثر مستقیم روان نژندگرایی، وظیفه گرایی و گشودگی به تجربه بر استرس تحصیلی و همچنین اثر استرس تحصیلی بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی را مورد تایید قرار داد. این نتایج همچنین نشان داد که استرس تحصیلی نقش واسطه ای بین ویژگی های شخصیتی وظیفه گرایی، گشودگی به تجربه و روان نژندگرایی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دارد. نتیجه گیری: در مجموع می توان گفت که ویژگی های شخصیتی با کاهش استرس تحصیلی در مواجهه با مسائل استرس زا به افزایش خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانش آموزان منجر می شود.
