چکیده مقاله:

مقدمه: بیماری های قلبی- عروقی، از جمله شایع ترین بیماری های جوامع بشری به شمار می رود که با مرگ و میر فراوان همراه است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی الگوی ساختاری تاثیر سرمایه روان شناختی بر خودمراقبتی با نقش میانجی شفقت ورزی به خود در بیماران قلبی بود. روش ها : این مطالعه از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود و به روش توصیفی انجام گردید. جامعه تحقیق را بیماران قلبی [Ischemic heart disease (IHD) و Congestive heart failure (CHF)] ۲۵ تا ۷۰ ساله مراجعه کننده به مراکز آموزشی- درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان تشکیل داد که ۴۰۰ نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش نامه استاندارد سرمایه روان شناختی Luthans (Psychological Capital Questionnaire یا PCQ)، مقیاس استاندارد شفقت ورزی به خود Neff (Self-Compassion Scale یا SCS) و پرسش نامه رفتار مراقبت از خود در بیماران نارسایی قلبی Jaarasma و همکاران بود. داده ها با استفاده از همبستگی Pearson و رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی هم زمان در نرم فزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: با توجه به ضریب تاثیر مستقیم (۰/۵۰۹ = β)، ضریب تاثیر غیر مستقیم (۰/۰۴۶ = β)، مقدار بحرانی مستقیم (۵/۸۵۷= ضریب t ) و مقدار بحرانی غیر مستقیم (۰/۰۵۱)، می توان گفت که متغیر شفقت ورزی به خود می تواند نقش متغیر میانجی بین متغیر پیش بین سرمایه روان شناختی و متغیر ملاک خودمراقبتی ایفا کند و آن را تبیین نماید. نتیجه گیری: شفقت ورزی به خود به عنوان میانجی گر در رابطه بین سرمایه های روان شناختی و خودمراقبتی، نقش مهمی در بهبود سلامت روان بیماران قلبی دارد.
