چکیده مقاله:

هدف مقاله حاضر شناسایی روش­های حمایت حرفه­ای رسمی از نومعلمان در سطح جهانی می­باشد. از روش تحلیل مضمون، سبک آتراید-استرلینگ، به منظور تحلیل مضامین برآمده از مقالات انگلیسی مرتبط با حمایت حرفه­ای رسمی استفاده شده­است. ابتدا با استفاده از الگوی مرور نظام­دار متون، مقلات سال­های ۲۰۱۰-۲۰۲۰ از سه پایگاه اطلاعاتی انتخاب، پالایش و سپس با­استفاده از نرم­افزار MAXQDA در قالب۳مضمون فراگیر،۱۴مضمون سازماندهنده و ۵۸مضمون پایه، تحلیل شدند.  نتایج نشان می­دهد که حمایت حرفه­ای رسمی، شامل سه مولفه «حمایت سازمانی(اداری)»، «مربیگری» و «حمایت مدرسه­ای» می­باشد که مکمل یکدیگر هستند.  برنامه­های رسمی حمایت از دوره آغازین خدمت، سبب ماندگاری وکارآمدی بیشتر معلمان بوده است. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد می­شود آموزش­و­پرورش ایران از این تجربه جهانی برای تدوین و اجرای یک «برنامه درسی بومی حمایت حرفه­ای از دوره آغازین خدمت معلمی» استفاده و به اجرای آن اقدام کند.
