Rescuing the Community of Cities and Villages against the Recent Aridity Crisis

It is several years since the emergence if the concept of rescue of a community and conducting various researches on indicators and how to reach a resilient and ideal society has appeared, resilience rather than preventing or mitigating the effects, damages and losses caused by natural disaster raising performance of a system focuses on exposure to hazards. At this time, different approaches to this issue have been considered, One of the important aspects that has been referred to in theoretical discussions (content discussions) and in reality of a community (underlying issues) is an in separable part of the society as the management of urban and rural communities. As the number of studies are low that directly examine this aspect. Purpose of the present study is to identify indicators and attributes that are effective in realizing the resilience of urban and rural communities in Iran regarding the recent aridity crisis. In this research, content analysis method for dealing with the subject is used to find out combination of research on resonance in recent years as a unit of analysis and using differences existing in them and to find a comprehensive and clear view of the subject. Results of various sources indicate that ten variables and seven criteria are involved in creating a resilient management of urban and rural communities which helps to increase resilience and resistance of communities to natural disasters.
