چکیده مقاله:

چکیده: تمرکز اصلی این مقاله مروری به روش های بررسی غیرمخرب مورد استفاده برای ارزیابی پوشش های پاشش حرارتی مربوط می شود. این روشها شامل جریانهای گردابی، تصویربرداری مادون قرمز، فاز طیفسنجی انتشار حرارتی، روشهای آکوستیک، فوتوآکوستیک، انعکاس مادون قرمز میانی، طیفسنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی، پیزوطیفسنجی فوتولومینسانس و روشهای تداخلسنجی است. این روشها برای شناسایی عیوب سطوح و فصل مشترک بین لایههای سرامیکی و باند فلزی، شکل، اندازه و محل آن و اندازهگیری تخلخل و ضخامت استفاده شده است.
