چکیده مقاله:

From the point of view of Carpenter and Saunders, strategic management is a process in which the organization manages the formulation and implementation of strategy, while Robbins and Coulter are of the opinion that strategic management is what managers do to develop the strategies of an organization. Also, Pearce and Robinson define strategic management as a set of decisions and actions that are the result of formulating and implementing plans designed to achieve company goals, and while Malehi, Farinaz, and Finley define strategic management as at least a process of setting direction. They define the long-term goals for the organization. The strategic management process is used to adapt to the constantly changing conditions of the market and competitive structure with organizations that continuously develop resources, capabilities and core competencies. Hitt et al., Carpenter and Saunders and Robbins and Coulter consider the strategic management process to include a complete set of commitments, decisions and actions required for an organization to achieve strategic competitiveness and achieve above-average returns. Strategic inputs are usually derived from internal and external environment analysis, and are necessary for effective strategy formation and implementation. Crisis management is one of the terms in the field of management, which refers to a set of activities, solutions and instructions, which the management of an organization carries out in the face of a crisis, and its purpose is to reduce the process, control and resolve the crisis. In general, crisis management means purposefully pushing the progress of affairs into a controllable routine and expecting things to return to the pre-crisis conditions as soon as possible. Unlike risk management, which involves assessing potential threats and finding the best way to prevent them from occurring, crisis management involves dealing with threats before, during, and after they occur. In this research, we investigate the impact of strategic management in crisis management of organizations.
