The development of artificial intelligence provides unique opportunities to improve the performance of various industries and businesses, including the automotive industry. The use of artificial intelligence in the automotive industry aims to overcome challenges such as increasing travel demand, carbon dioxide emissions, safety concerns, and environmental degradation. It is life. The success of artificial intelligence in the automotive industry depends to a large extent on considering the advantages, concerns and requirements of this technology. Each of the previous researches has dealt with artificial intelligence technology in the automotive industry from a specific perspective and lacks a comprehensive approach. The main goal of the current research was to identify the applications and requirements of artificial intelligence in modernautomotive services. This research was of applied type, and the field data collection method was semi-structured interviews. The statistical population of this researchincluded managers and employees of the research and development department of domestic automobile companies (Iran Khodro, Saipa, Pars Khodro, Khodro Managers,Kerman Motor, Bahman Group, Jetco, Ipco). For sampling, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the targeted people in person using the snowball method.After conducting ۲۸ interviews, theoretical saturation was achieved. After analyzing the interviews and coding them using thematic analysis method, ۲۶ cases werepresented in the field of requirements, ۲۲ cases in the field of applications, and ۲۰ proposals were presented for the development of this technology.
