چکیده مقاله:

Educational management is defined in the general sense of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the education process.In the comprehensive definition of education process management, management is said to be the coordination of human and material resources to achieve organizational goals. It can be said that management is a regular activity aimed at achieving certain goals, which is done through creating relationships between existing resources, doing work with the participation of other people, and active participation in decision-making.According to Dr. Campbell, management is defined according to the education that governs societies and its belief infrastructure and social philosophy, and this educational management has different meanings and concepts, and everyone considers a concept for it according to their experiences, needs, and intentions.Considering that in this article, our attempt is to investigate the relationship between school management and students' academic progress, it is a descriptive and survey research.The current research has made the main goal of the investigation and study between the type of educational management and the academic progress of students to clarify what type of educational management is effective on the academic progress of students, which is the overall goal.
