چکیده مقاله:

The composition of the essential oils of Teucrium chamaedrys L. belongs to the family Lamiaceae, It is growing wild in the margin of mountainous roads of arid and cold climate of north Iran. In this research, essential oils of Teucrium chamaedrys L., extracted and measured at the different location by different methods of distillationand then were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Investigation and comparision on essential oil constituents of herbs were collected from three localities (Chalus, Galoogah and Gadook). The essential oil yield at the different location from Chalus by water distillation (Clavanger) were (۰.۰۶%), and by water & steam distillation (Kyzer & Long) were  (۰.۲۸%), and by steam distillation were (۰.۰۴%), the essential oil yield at the different location from Galoogah by water distillation (Clavanger) were (۰.۰۶%), and by water & steam distillation (Kyzer & Long) were  (۰.۰۵%), and by steam distillation were (۰.۰۹%), the essential oil yield at the different location from Gadook by water distillation (Clavanger) were (۰.۲%), and by water & steam distillation (Kyzer & Long) were  (۰.۱۶%), and by steam distillation were (۰.۰۸%), respectively. Major component identificated in sample from Chalus by water distillation (Clavanger) were α- cadinene  (۱۵.۴%), Z- β-farnesene (۹.۶%),۱-eicosene (۸.۲%), and by water & steam distillation (Kyzer & Long) were  ۱-eicosene (۱۲.۸%), α- cadinene  (۶.۳%), benzyl salicylate (۵.۹%), and by steam distillation were cis-۳-hexenyl benzoate (۱۰.۹%), (E,Z)-farnesol (۱۰.۳%), benzyl salicylate (۸.۳%). Major component identificated in sample from Galoogah by water distillation (Clavanger) were E- α-farnesene (۲۲.۹%), α- calacorene (۲۰.۲%), α- murrolene   (۸.۰%), and by water & steam distillation (Kyzer & Long) were  α- cadinene  (۳۰%), E-β- caryophyllene (۲۳.۵%), E- α-farnesene (۷.۲%), and by steam distillation were E- α-farnesene (۱۸.۴%), ۱-eicosene (۱۵.۲%), benzyl salicylate (۱۰%).Major component identificated in sample from Gadook by water distillation (Clavanger) were α- murrolene   (۱۲%), cis-۳-hexenyl benzoate (۱۱.۳%), methyl decanoate (۸.۹%), and by water & steam distillation (Kyzer & Long) were  α- murrolene   (۸.۷%), n- heptadecane (۷.۹%), cis-۳-hexenyl benzoate (۷.۲%), and by steam distillation were α- murrolene   (۱۴.۴%), cis-۳-hexenyl benzoate (۱۱.۳%), E- α-farnesene (۹.۶%), respectively.
