چکیده مقاله:

رابطه کارمند و سازمان به عنوان یک اصطلاح فراگیر برای توصیف رابطه بین کارمند و سازمان، امدادرسان سازمان ها در بهبود و توسعه امور جهت دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی پایدار و پیش نیاز عملکرد اثربخش سازمانی و سلامت و انسجام سازمان ها بوده و محرک مهمی جهت پیوند رویه ها و راهبرد های مدیریت منابع انسانی و رفتار سازمانی به نتایج ملموس کسب وکار مانند کیفیت خدمات به مشتری، وفاداری کارمندان و عملکرد شغلی اثربخش در نظر گرفته شده است. بنابراین توجه به این موضوع به مدیران کمک خواهد کرد با پیش بینی و شناسایی نوع روابط، موانع احتمالی و کوچک ترین ناهمگونی های ارتباطی را درک کرده و در جهت ایجاد، پایداری و ارتقای روابط کاری اثربخش تلاش کنند. این مطالعه با روش شناسی مرور نظام مند ادبیات (رویکرد مرور نظام مند ادبیات کنتوبلی و همکاران، ۲۰۱۷)، یک بررسی جامع از ۸۰ مطالعه انتخابی نهایی انتشاریافته در حوزه رابطه فرد و سازمان از سال (۱۹۹۰) تا (۲۰۲۰) را ارائه می دهد و در جدول نهایی ارائه می شود. یافته ها شکاف نظری در پژوهش های فعلی رابطه فرد و سازمان را شناسایی می کنند: توجه نداشتن و پژوهش کافی درخصوص زمینه سازمانی و روابط ترکیبی سطح خرد و کلان، وجود نداشتن پژوهش های چندبعدی با در نظر گرفتن سطح رفتار فردی، زمینه سازمانی و روابط کاری. در ادامه با ارائه نتایج و بحث مطالعه، توصیه هایی برای پژوهش های های آتی، راهبردهای مدیریتی، نقاط قوت و محدودیت های مطالعه بیان شده است.
