چکیده مقاله:

این پژوهش با هدف طراحی، آزمون مدل پیشایندهای موقعیتی رضایت کاربران سیستم ها و فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان های اجرایی انجام شده است. برای انجام پژوهش، پرسشنامه هایی برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش تهیه و پس از اطمینان از پایایی و روایی محتوا در بین نمونه ۳۷۹ نفری از کارکنان قلمرو مکانی توزیع شد. برای بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش، نخست مدل های اندازه گیری برآورد و آزمون شد، سپس داده ها به مدل های معادله ساختاری برآزش شدند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش معلوم شد که همه عوامل موقعیتی، بجز پشتیبانی زیرساختاری در ادراک سهولت استفاده از سیستم ها و فناوری اطلاعات اثر مثبت معناداری دارند، ضمن اینکه ادراک از سهولت استفاده سیستم ها و فناوری اطلاعات نیز به نوبه خود در رضایت کاربران آن ها اثر مثبت دارد. دوم اینکه از میان عوامل موقعیتی، تنها تناسب کار و فناوری و پشتیبانی فنی در ادراک سودمندی سیستم ها و فناوری اطلاعات اثر مثبت معنادار دارند؛ هر چند معناداری تاثیر ادراک سودمندی سیستم ها و فناوری اطلاعات در رضایت کاربران تایید نشد. در نهایت معلوم شد، تنها مشارکت کاربر است که به طور مستقیم در رضایت کاربر اثر مثبت دارد. همچنین مطالعه فرعی پژوهش نشان داد که متغیر ادراک سودمندی نقش تعدیل گری در تاثیر ادراک سهولت استفاده از سیستم ها و فناوری اطلاعات در رضایت کاربر دارد.
