Teachers' personality types play an important role in the teaching and learning process of students. A teacher's personality type can also affect the classroom environment and relationships between elementary and secondary students. Teachers with argumentative personality type may act as academic reference and lesson guidance for students, while teachers with emotional personality type can actively communicate with students and make them feel comfortable and motivated. The research results indicate that the teacher's personality type can have an important effect on the learning process and development of students. This article also examines related research and studies with the aim of investigating the impact of teacher's personality types on students' performance and also on the classroom. In this article, library research method and analysis of previous studies have been used. First, the teacher's personality types, including argumentative, emotional, practical and divergent types, etc., are examined, then the consequences of not paying attention to one's personality type as a teacher are pointed out, and finally, suggestions for improving teaching and learning are presented. Is. Among the suggestions, we can mention holding training courses for teachers with the aim of improving teaching and classroom management skills, raising teachers' awareness of the impact of their personality type on students, and encouraging diversity in teachers' personality types.
