The Impact of Entrepreneurship Education on Occupational Creativity and Quality of Life of Graduates Living in Rasht

Entrepreneurship as a new phenomenon in economy plays a decisive role in improving quality of life in a wide range through interactions with occupational creativity. The aim of the present study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education on quality of life with mediatory role of occupational creativity. For this purpose, three hypotheses were developed. A questionnaire containing 23 questions in 3 dimensions was used to collect necessary data for hypotheses testing. The questionnaire was distributed among 258 graduates living in Rasht as statistical population who participated in a 72 h training course on entrepreneurship. Confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. While confirming the impact of entrepreneurship education on quality of life, the results showed a direct relationship between entrepreneurship education and quality of life as well as a significant indirect relationship through occupational creativity. In general, occupational creativity influences on relationship between entrepreneurship education and quality of life. Finally, recommendations were provided for development of entrepreneurship education based on research findings.
